Exemplary Actions
In 15 years, the Foundation has delivered 264 million euros, partnered with over 6,000 organizations (nonprofits, public and private entities), funded over 1,500 impact projects for regional development and supported the creation of the first 6 community foundations in Southern Italy.
The interventions acted on issues on concern: education of young people in the culture of legality and the counteraction of school drop-outs, development of human capital excellence to foster young talents and to counter brain drain, care and valorisation of common property (historical, artistic and cultural heritage, environment, property confiscated from the mafia), development, qualification and innovation of social-health services, immigrants inclusion and welfare community.
During these years, Fondazione CON IL SUD has started several initiatives in co-financing with more than 100 financing institutions, including non-profit and enterprises.
